Privacy

This page explains what Kenneth & Co collects through kennethandcostudio.com, why, and who else handles it. Kenneth & Co is run by Jack Miller in Minnesota. Questions about your information go to studio@kennethandcostudio.com.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms. The project form asks for your name, email, and optionally your phone number and website, plus your industry, a plan and a note about your business. The speed-test form asks for a website address and, if you want the full audit, your email. Clients we’re working with fill in a longer questionnaire about their business.
• Basic visit information. Like any website, the servers that deliver this site receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and keep short-lived logs for security and reliability.
• Visit counts, if analytics are switched on. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.

We don’t set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t buy or sell personal information.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare a plan or a free homepage rebuild, and run the speed audit you asked for.
• To build and look after the website of a client who has hired us.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We don’t add you to a mailing list. We only email you about what you asked us for.

Who else handles it

• Web3Forms receives what you submit in our forms and forwards it to our inbox.
• Google runs the speed test: the website address you enter is sent from your browser to Google’s PageSpeed service. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. Our sample sites load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you open them.
• Cloudflare hosts this site, delivers its pages, protects it from abuse and, if switched on, provides the visit counts described above.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client information is kept for as long as we work together and for the time our accounting and contract records require afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing studio@kennethandcostudio.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. You don’t need to give us any information to read this site; the forms are only for when you want to contact us.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
