  1. Nov 9 Audit

We study your market, your competitors and your current site, and gather your brand assets.

  2. Nov 10–11 Build

We design straight into production code. No mockup rounds, no slide decks, no page builder.

  3. Nov 12–13 Tune & stage

We tune every page for fast mobile loading, then email you a private link to the working site.

  4. Nov 16–17 Revise & launch

Your second round of changes, search setup, redirects from your old pages, then the switch.

What you get each day, and what we need from you

Seven working days from your intake form to your new site on your own domain. You’re needed for about two hours of it.

Audit Nov 9
You get: A one-page plan for the site: pages, structure and how visitors will reach you.
We need: A 10-minute intake form.
Build Nov 10–11
You get: A working site with your real content in it.
We need: Nothing. This part is ours.
Tune & stage Nov 12–13
You get: A private link to open on your phone by the end of day five.
We need: One round of feedback.
Revise & launch Nov 16–17
You get: Your new site on your domain, with email untouched.
We need: Final sign-off.

Three industries, three different sites.

We don’t start from a template. These prototypes for a builder, a clinic and a law firm share nothing except how they’re built. Each one is a working site you can open and use.

Vance & Co. Builders

Design-build remodeling

Open the prototype
The problem
Their jobs average over $150,000, and a slow site on a phone loses the homeowners they want before they see a single project.
What we built
A site laid out like a set of construction drawings: a measured floor plan up front, projects as drawing sheets, and a week-by-week schedule of how a remodel runs.

Aura Skin Clinic

Physician-led skin treatment

Calm, centered pages with a treatment picker that shows what each option involves, how long recovery takes and what it costs.

Sterling & Ward

Personal injury law

Phone-first pages with the free case review form in the hero, a call button that never leaves the screen, and a what-to-do-after-a-crash checklist.

Who you’ll work with

Jack Miller

Founder

I’m Jack Miller, and I started Kenneth & Co to give local service businesses a website that loads fast on a phone and makes it easy for the right people to get in touch.

Every site starts from the business itself, not a template. We design it around the people you serve and the work you do, then check every page on a real phone and a desktop before you see it.

The same studio that builds your site looks after it once it’s live, so when something needs to change, it gets changed.

Why other agencies take months

Many agencies bill by the hour, so time is what they sell: status meetings, mood boards, static mockups and a hand-off to a developer at the end. We leave all of that out and build the real site from day one.

How fast is your site?

Google runs your homepage on a simulated phone and mobile connection, the way most of your clients first see you. It’s free and takes about 30 seconds.

Pricing

Pay monthly with nothing down, or pay for the build upfront and keep a smaller care plan. Same site either way. Monthly needs nothing to start; upfront costs less over a few years.

One signed injury case, one roof or one remodel is usually worth more than a full year of the Growth plan.

Each plan shows its first-year cost and its cost each year after.

A 95+ mobile speed score, or we keep working for free

If your staging site scores below 95 for mobile on Google PageSpeed, we keep optimising it at our cost until it does. We run the test before launch and send you the report.

On the monthly plan, the site is yours after twelve payments and the plan then runs month to month, so you can cancel with 30 days’ notice and take the code. On the upfront plan, it’s yours from launch, once the final payment is made. How leaving works.

Unlimited edits cover text, photos, staff, hours and new projects or practice pages built from existing layouts. New features and redesigns are quoted separately before any work starts.

Optional add-ons, quoted before any work starts: missed-call text-back, Google review requests, a CRM connection (Clio, Jobber or HubSpot) and a monthly enquiry report.

Questions

Something not covered here? Email us and you’ll hear back within one business day.

Can I see what you’d do before I commit?

Yes. Send us your current site’s address and we’ll rebuild your homepage for free, then email you a private link to try on your phone. There’s no obligation and no sales call: everything happens by email.

How can a custom site take a week when other agencies quote months?

Most of that time is process: meetings, mood boards, static mockups passed back and forth, then a hand-off to a developer. We skip the hand-off. I design straight into the working site using my own build tooling, so every decision lands in the real thing rather than a mockup.

Who owns the website?

On the upfront plan, you own the code, design and content from launch, once the final payment is made, and we hand over the repository. On the monthly plan, Kenneth & Co owns and hosts the site for the first twelve months; after your twelfth payment it transfers to you. Your domain and your content are always yours.

What happens after twelve months, and can I leave early?

After twelve monthly payments, or one yearly payment, the site is yours, and the plan carries on month to month at your plan’s care rate ($199, $349 or $599 a month) for hosting, edits and updates. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice and we’ll hand over the code. To leave before twelve payments, you can buy the site out for the upfront price of your plan, minus half of the monthly payments you’ve already made. If you stop paying before twelve payments without buying it out, the site stays with us and the smaller of the remaining payments or that buyout amount is still due.

What does it cost to keep running?

On the monthly plan, hosting, edits and updates are included. On the upfront plan, they’re covered by the care plan, which you can cancel with 30 days’ notice to host the site yourself. Because the site is static files with no server or database, there are no plugin licences or security patches to pay for on top.

Will switching sites hurt my Google rankings or my email?

No. We map every page on your current site to its new address with permanent redirects so search history carries over, and we copy your email records (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) before the domain moves.

How do revisions work?

You get two structured rounds. The first is on day five, on a private link to the working site that you open on your own phone, not a PDF. The second comes before launch. Everything happens by email, so you can reply when it suits you.

Start a project

Tell us what you do and what your current site gets wrong. We’ll look at your market and reply within one business day with a plan and a start date.

Not ready to decide? Include your current site and we’ll rebuild your homepage for free first, so you can compare the two on your phone.
